We are seeking an enthusiastic, and collaborative teammate that has a passion for diving into details. This position will require applicants to have the skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations.Position Responsibilities:
Supports engineers and other technical and non-technical staff with tasks related to the Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP) process
Helps develop, gather, and document basic technical data for company products
Processes technical information from airplane operators, maintainers, and other sources
Captures critical information and enters/maintains multiple databases and an internal server with accuracy and efficiency
Organizes data, prepares agendas, and facilitates meetings where technical information is exchanged
Creates and distributes weekly reports according to established schedules
Communicates critical information to internal and external customers in compliance with clearly defined requirements
Generates formal correspondence with external customers
Works under close supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools
