Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk for our Drink & Beverages industry operations, located in LODI, California. This role focuses on full cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing and data entry into an ERP system. As a key member of our team, your primary tasks will involve managing the accounts payable check runs, researching outstanding invoices from vendor statements, and coding and processing vendor invoices. Responsibilities: Process full cycle accounts payable tasks in a timely and efficient manner Assist with processing accounts payable check runs Research and resolve outstanding invoices from vendor statements Code, process, and enter data for vendor invoices into the ERP system Ensure accurate data entry with good accuracy, using Microsoft Excel Maintain specific instructions for multiple clients Use Famous software, specific for AG, for various tasks Monitor and manage customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments Maintain accurate customer credit records Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar position. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel is required. Experience in data entry is essential. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have a strong ethical framework and understanding of confidentiality regarding financial information. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
