Researcher Accounting Clerk (D)

Pay Rate: $21.30 to $25.10 per hourEssential Job Functions:Research and resolve invoice discrepancies both internally (Sourcing and Operations Team Members) and externally for assigned vendorsResolve vendor credit holds immediatelyReconcile GR/IR (goods receipts/invoice receipts)                                                       Work off vendor statements to identify open invoices; keep aged parked invoices to minimal                       Communicate with vendors on payment and corrective actions with issues causing invoices to be paid timelyMaintain good communication/relationship with Sourcing Team as well as vendorsUpdate and distribute the weekly parked document reportSpecial projects as assigned
