Accounts Payable Supervisor

Pay Range: $65,000 to $77,000 per yearPurpose of Position:Supervise and assist processing team functions including department mail procedures, invoice processing, and scanning of all documents. Manages workflow and the timely processing of goods receipt/invoice receipt open items for the accounts payable department. Ensures all processes and/or procedures are documented, staff members are properly trained and that backups are in place. Responsible for the reporting of AAWs as well as correct any entries that may need correction, will work on Kronos timecard issues, coordinate with Tax department regarding sales and use tax issues, assess appropriate incentive targets, and set and report performance metrics.Essential Job Functions:Responsible for GRIR report and maintaining the GRIR account which includes training staff/field personnel and researching and clearing open purchase orders.Supervise the day-to-day operations of the clerical staff reporting to this position             Department process improvements                                                          Facilitate vendor payments via upload format for internal departments, maintain special vendor accounts, identify and coordinate process improvement projects                               Problem solving/vendor account reconciliation                                                                     Audit and approve check requests Error reporting, document cancelation requests, and other adjustments and corrections of documents.     Manage workflow priorities and audit workflow items     Clerical staff training    Additional Functions:Special projects as assigned by Manager
