- Ensure continuous improvement in quality and efficiency by analyzing testing results and other data
- Act as a mentor to team members
- Manage test execution in all mobile releases
- Estimate testing efforts to support defined testing scope and timeline
- Ensure proper resource allocation is maintained to support efforts within budget
- Support successful releases by collaborating with other teams
- BA/BS degree in computer science, QA or engineering equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in SDLC process with a focus on test planning, execution, and defect management
- Experience in building testing frameworks, tools and automation within a large-scale enterprise environment using Selenium, TestNg, QTP and/or similar frameworks
- Thorough understanding of QA processes and procedures, with an aim towards continual improvement
- Working knowledge of QC, Mobile Device cloud, Selenium, Sonar, Jenkins, Jira, and Qtest
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Development management or testing management experience with a proven track record in scaling teams
- Proven experience managing projects in an agile / test driven environment
- Familiarity with bank systems and data conditioning desired
