Analyst, QualityLivermore CA and Orlando FL United States6-month contract with high possibility of extensionPay rate: $24.80/hr.Job Description:The Quality Analyst, under the direction of department management, plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication with regulators worldwide. This nonexempt position involves establishing and maintaining a library of messaging to be used in correspondence related to SJM (St. Jude Medical) products. The Quality Analyst collaborates with various teams to compile, review, and manage correspondence with regulators, specifically addressing follow-up questions on vigilance reports and field actions (FSCAs).Key Responsibilities:Assist in establishing a library of appropriate messaging for correspondence with regulators worldwide.Will be reviewing billing, collections. Financial background or medical billing exp. (5 years)Basic Microsoft skills. HS diploma or AA acceptableCompile language and review correspondence related to SJM products.Manage correspondence with various teams responsible for responding to regulators.Address follow-up questions on vigilance reports and field actions (FSCAs).Maintain the agreed-upon library of messaging for future use.Partner with individuals responsible for preparing correspondences to ensure accuracy and compliance.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.Previous experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices preferred.We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship.If you’re interested, please click “Apply” button.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
