Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionAs a Machine Operator, you will work on plastic parts produced by an injection mold machine, preparing products and ensuring quality standards are met. This role involves standing, walking, and bending during production hours and requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds repetitively.Responsibilities
Prep production materials throughout the day.
Use various tools to prepare parts, including repetitive cutting, gripping, shaving, and trimming.
Trim and cut excess plastic to smooth out and meet specifications.
Report any defects.
Place stickers (labels) onto the product before stacking and palletizing.
Pack products into boxes.
Keep inventory.
Maintain a clean work area.
Work in all climate temperatures during every season.
Keep records of daily activity and complete necessary paperwork throughout the shift.
Essential Skills
Stacking, labeling, extrusion, machine operation, production, material handling.
Cutting, trimming, and labeling skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general production, machine operation, and manufacturing.
