Description Job Description:As a High-Level Senior Accountant with our esteemed client, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and success.Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close.
Analyze financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations.
Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Prepare and present financial statements and reports to leadership.
Stay current with accounting standards and industry regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
Significant experience as a senior accountant or similar role, with a proven track record of excellence.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
