Description
Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing solutions and support.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers, including following up to ensure their satisfaction.
Work closely with the customer service team to improve service procedures and standards.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts or irregular hours as required.
