Administrative Support:

Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies.

Office Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors.

Coordinate office equipment maintenance and manage inventory of office supplies.

Event Coordination:

Plan and coordinate school events, meetings, and activities, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.

Assist in organizing staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.

Student and Staff Support:

Assist with student enrollment and registration processes, including maintaining accurate records and handling inquiries.

Provide administrative support to staff members, including processing leave requests, managing schedules, and coordinating staff communications.

Data Management:

Maintain and update student and staff records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare and process reports and data for various school functions, including academic and administrative purposes.

Compliance and Procedures:

Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.

Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

General Support:

Provide support to the school leadership team on various projects and initiatives as needed.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the school’s mission and values.

Requirements

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Experience with school management software and databases is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
