Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the bustling city of La Mesa, California, United States, within the dynamic industry of Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt. As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our organization, handling a range of front desk responsibilities, including answering phone calls, providing information about our Homeowners Association, and maintaining our customer database using the AppFolio/Sync system.Responsibilities: Manage the front desk by answering heavy volumes of phone calls, providing the first point of contact for all visitors and clients. Respond to inquiries about HOA, providing key information on rules and regulations, and assisting residents who have misplaced their keys. Maintain up-to-date contact information for all residents and other stakeholders. Utilize the AppFolio/Sync system to manage and organize files, ensuring all data is accurate and easily accessible. Assist in managing inquiries from individuals selling their properties, providing accurate and timely information as needed. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook to manage data, draft emails, and schedule appointments. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring all interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer and property data is accurately recorded and updated. Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships within the team and with clients. Ensure all appointments, meetings, and other scheduled events are properly organized and managed.
