Description Robert Half partnered with a dynamic and innovative non-profit company dedicated to excellence in every aspect of our business. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join the team. This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and values. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, attract top talent, and ensure the well-being and engagement of our employees.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.

Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Lead performance management initiatives, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying informed about changes and updates.

Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Handle employee disciplinary matters and terminations in accordance with company policies.

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.

Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Knowledge of benefits administration and HRIS systems.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
