The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts within the project timeline. As a Contract Collections Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining positive relationships with customers while effectively resolving payment discrepancies.Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on overdue payments within the project scope.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding debts within project deadlines.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts accordingly for the project.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes within the project timeline.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions related to the project.
Provide regular updates on collection progress to project management.
Requirements - Prior experience working with accounting software
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
Billing experience preferred
Well-founded grasp of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Experience with Inbound Outbound Calls
Collections experience desired
Deep understanding of customer service
Proven knowledge of B2B collections
Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel
2+ years of prior high volume collections experience
Effectively analyze customer accounts make decisions based on said analyses
AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred
