Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Use detailed technical and application knowledge to test web-based products.- Make significant contributions throughout the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, risk analysis, testing, trouble-shooting, and deployment.- Plan, develop, and execute tests for web-based applications.- Develop and maintain test scenarios.- Experience and proven success shaping department practices and policies. - Respond and resolve telephone and email product support requests.- Provide internal support to development, client services, and sales teams.

Skills and Requirements:- 6+ years of experience with software QA testing web-based applications and SaaS software products.- 4+ years of experience writing automation scripts (Selenium, SpecFlow (gherkin), or Cucumber preferred).- Experience with cloud-based testing tools (SauceLabs preferred).- Experience working with load and performance testing tools.- Strong working knowledge of testing best practices and software business fundamentals and experience implementing them in a team environment.- Experience working with load and performance testing tools.- Experience testing .NET web applications is highly preferred.- Ability to write basic SQL queries, joins, etc. is highly preferred (SQL server).- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge and interest in collaborative development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as this person will work in a highly collaborative environment.- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. tags: lead software qa engineer, lead software qa analyst, lead software quality assurance engineer, lead software quality assurance analyst, lead automation engineer, lead automation tester, lead test engineer, lead software tester
