Description Summary:This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the organization's network infrastructure. Responsibilities include planning, designing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks, servers, and network devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and software, with experience managing and supporting complex network environments.Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current and future network needs.
Develop and maintain network documentation, including configurations, maps, and procedures.
Establish and maintain network administration policies and training programs.
Acquisition & Deployment:
Design and implement wired (LAN), wireless, and wide area networks (WAN).
Research network technologies and stay current with industry trends.
Oversee new equipment acquisition and upgrades.
Manage vendor relationships for network products and services.
Operational Management:
Configure network devices to optimize performance and support business needs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
Manage end-user workstation and peripheral device configuration and troubleshooting.
Ensure network connectivity for all devices and applications.
Administer servers, including database, email, print, and backup servers.
Maintain network asset inventory and documentation.
Monitor network performance and generate reports.
Implement and participate in network security measures.
Lead or guide other team members as needed.
Manage and support legacy equipment during its planned phase-out.
Work with OT partners to integrate secure solutions for OT environments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, or similar.
5+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with a focus on ERP implementation.
Proven ability to manage technical staff and projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with ERP, CRM, and other business systems (preferred).
Required Skills:
ERP Implementation experience
Experience developing roadmaps for technology initiatives
Experienced with data integration (data management, data warehouse, SQL)
Proficiency in Power Apps (Power Platform 365)
Experience with Dynamics AX (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is a plus)
