Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionThe Assembler I, under direct supervision, uses a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble and test medical devices. This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail, as the work involves small part assembly and extensive use of a microscope.Responsibilities
Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.
Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience with microscopes.
Small part assembly skills.
Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of high volume small part assembly with microscope experience.
Ability to work with a microscope for 90% of the shift.
Able to work with small parts, including inspecting various raw materials and assembling catheters.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Medical device assembly experience is a plus.
Cleanroom experience is a plus.

Candidates must be open to working during the weekdays and occasional Saturdays as needed.
