Description We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll oversee the successful implementation of our customized solutions, collaborating closely with high-profile clients to meet their specific needs and maximize the value they gain from our products. You’ll engage with a range of stakeholders, from technical peers to customers, and report directly to the Practice Director.Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by effectively managing customer objectives, project scope, and associated risks.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, keeping them aligned with their goals and actively seeking feedback to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
Budget and Reporting: Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and solve problems to ensure profitability.
Internal Initiatives: Contribute to the advancement of our Project Management Office by driving internal initiatives aimed at improving project delivery excellence and maturity.
Ideally, You Will Have:
Experience in the pricing industry, with the ability to understand and explain pricing concepts.
Practical experience with Salesforce, including delivering Salesforce projects, and a working knowledge of the Atlassian Suite.
Familiarity with integration processes and related challenges.
Experience with CPQ
Requirements
What You'll Need:
5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in managing projects, leading project teams, and delivering complex IT projects.
2+ Years as a Scrum Master: Experience in scrum master roles is required, with certification preferred.
1+ Years of experience with CPQ
Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively demo solutions and deliver engaging presentations.
Adaptability: Quick to learn new products, develop functional knowledge, and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
