Manage HCP education programs; including but not limited to identifying and delivering on program logistics, obtaining compliance approval, contracting service agreements with HCPs, booking travel and site arrangements, loading program information and invoicing into the HCP Engage system, submitting expense reports in concur and maintaining budget compliance
Create collateral materials (i.e program agenda, social posts, email campaigns) and route education content for approval through relevant legal, regulatory and medical review processes with cross-functional stakeholders, utilizing the Vault PromoMats system
Manage vendors and contracting for Professional Education programs, including but not limited to, hotels, ground transportation, airlines, travel agencies, catering, promotional materials, audio-visual and webinars
Provide solutions and collaborate with field teams, marketing teams and international Professional Education teams to share best practices on program development and HCP engagement
Respond to field requests and inquiries regarding Professional Education programs
Prepare moderately complex quarterly program metrics on educational programs
Ensure compliance for all Professional Education Programs and financial transparency reporting
What you will need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 3 years related experience
Ability to travel up to 25%

Solid knowledge of regulatory and AdvaMed requirements
