Whether your work includes strategic inventory planning, labeling, warehouse management, material handling, or any of our other supply chain opportunities, you will be making a meaningful contribution to our team and to patients all over the world.You’ll make an impact by: Responsible for sustaining the established governance processes by collaborating with Supply Chain and Finance representatives in all regions Act as a subject matter expert and central resource for all manufacturing plants and regional partners. Process Champion for Inventory Forecasting, Inventory Entitlement Planning and Excess & Obsolete (E&O) processes globally Proactively manage risks and opportunities with key stakeholders to ensure yearly E&O target is met. Identify process improvement opportunities and work with various owners on timely implementation. Key contact for sustaining and improving our Lifecycle Planning practices. Plan, lead, and execute supply chain projects and/or activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables within a broader degree of complexity and may have a moderate level of financial relevance Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute supply chain projects and/or initiatives with moderate complexity Identify and evaluate supply chain process improvement and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities Perform variety of analyses to assess business risks and opportunities with a moderate level of financial relevance (e.g., limited global impact, product line) to drive supply chain strategies Other incidental dutiesWhat you’ll need (Required): Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of previous related experience in supply chain OR Master's Degree and 8 years of previous related experience in supply chainWhat else we look for (Preferred): Proven successful project management skills Proven expertise in MS Office Suite Excellent facilitation and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making Excellent documentation, communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth within the organization Extensive understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain including FDA and ISO laws and regulations Ability to transfer essential knowledge and mentor other team members on specialized skills Ability to work in ambiguous situations and build business framework to navigate through complexity Strict attention to detail Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment Represents leadership on projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and cross functional teams Consult in a project setting within specific area Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/controlAligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $167,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
