Serving as the technical lead and technical program manager for enterprise class cyber security initiatives.

Providing design and architecture guidance for enterprise level cyber security initiatives.

Leading the Security Architecture Board function and providing recommendations and guidance for cybersecurity requirements for new platforms and integrations.

Developing defined information security best practices and architectural models to ensure compliance to enterprise-wide information security policies and standards.

Developing security design patterns and architectural models that ensure repeatable consistent architecture.

Serving as a business liaison and lead advisor for multiple business units.

Supporting enterprise security operations by building, supporting and operationalizing critical cybersecurity capability.

What you’ll need (Required):

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field plus 8 years’ experience as an IT professional

Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise cybersecurity platforms and capabilities (e.g., Active Directory and GPO, Microsoft EntraID and Conditional Access policies, Multi Factor Authentication, Office365, Identity and Privileged Access Management, PKI, System hardening, and data security).

What else we look for (preferred):

Professional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISA, CISSP)

Experience implementing industry good practices (e.g., NIST, ISO2700x, SANS)

Experience drafting technical documentation

Experience in scripting

Industry knowledge of cyber security threat and solution landscape to bring innovative solutions that significantly improve Edwards’ security posture.

Experience with implementing cyber processes and tools with a strong focus on Automation and Cloud first approach. Experience supporting AWS and Azure environments.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

SME of individual area within the organization while applying broad-based technical expertise and knowledge of other related disciplines.

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California, the base pay range for this position is $138,000 to $196,000 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
