Product Manager, HCP EngagementThis is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional professional with prior customer event and conference planning experience to join a team that is boldly designing transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies from the ground up. Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is dedicated to solving the complex challenges of mitral and tricuspid disease to transform treatment and significantly improve patients’ lives.Position Summary: As the Product Manager, HCP Engagement for Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT), you will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of HCP meetings at our Irvine design, development and manufacturing headquarters and working directly with our field team . You will collaborate with HCPs and internal stakeholders to develop a best-in-class educational experience including agenda development, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, travel and logistics coordination, and day-of execution. Additional responsibilities revolve around working closely with the conference and sales team to execute regional conferences, partnering closely with internal and external medical societies. This position reports to the Director, US Marketing.How you will make an impact:

Program lead for all TMTT on-site HCP meetings

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and deliver professional experiences to HCPs and sales representatives

Develop robust meeting agendas by understanding HCP needs, cross-functional input, and meeting objectives

Organize and execute high-quality HCP events, tours, and design consultant visits in coordination with key partners globally, adhering to compliance rules and regulations

Coordinate and execute pre-planning activities: agenda creation, travel logistics, HCP contracts, welcome dinners (in accordance with compliance policies), meeting room reservations, catering, audio visual needs, ensuring clear cross-functional and executive communication

Lead day of execution: interact with HCP throughout their experience, ensuring adherence to meeting schedule and providing a high-level of communication

Manage post-event activities: HCP communication, management of payments and invoicing, dissemination of physician feedback, and integration of feedback into future planning

Act as primary point of contact among leadership, executives, HCPs, and employees

Manage forward event calendar and all logistics

Gather feedback and continuously to improve the educational and promotional experiences, including development of new agendas as educational needs evolve

Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Demonstrate a high-level of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Support processing of POs, invoices, and project tracking

Support all Regional Exhibit ECLM submission and track progress, assist in planning and executing small scale regional conferences, and support the US field force for regional exhibit property needs

Leads the initiation of ECLM contracts and serves as liaison with legal and compliance departments

Demonstrate a commitment to conduct all activities with honesty, integrity, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Provide excellent service to internal and external customers across multiple teams

What you will need (required):

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field with 5 years of previous experience or

Master’s Degree or equivalent in related field with 3 years year of previous experience

Prior experience with event planning and/or conference planning

What else we look for (preferred):

Prior experience with executive level event planning within healthcare industry preferred

Excellent professional demeanor when interacting with HCPs and internal executives

Strong computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems

Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills

Able to read, comprehend, write and speak English

Experience with basic project management

Substantial knowledge and understanding of Edwards brand standards

Substantial knowledge of and strict adherence to AdvaMed code of ethics & healthcare provider expense policies

Substantial knowledge of business systems (e.g., CVENT, ECLM (Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management), Concur, Travel Request Processing, Salesforce)

Strong problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Knowledge of and adherence to EW policies and procedures

Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams, HCP, and external suppliers and vendors

Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner

Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $106,000 to $149,000 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
