Marketing Specialist

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a part-time Marketing Specialist in the beauty industry, based in Irvine, California. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be supporting the marketing department by organizing and presenting reports for the team. Your role will be critical in understanding and illustrating how marketing campaigns perform against goals.Responsibilities Assisting in the demonstration of the performance of marketing campaigns against set objectives. Pulling reports for the Marketing team from ERP/NetSuite. Utilizing Excel to organize and manage data. Supporting the marketing department in their daily operations. Involvement in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Assisting in the management of CRM and Brand Awareness strategies. Contributing to the budget processes for marketing campaigns. Leveraging Facebook Insights to support marketing strategies.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and streamlining business processes. Proven experience with Facebook Insights, with the ability to analyze data and use it to drive marketing strategies. Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and the ability to implement them in a wholesale distribution setting. Familiarity with budget processes, including planning, allocation, and tracking of marketing funds. Extensive experience in campaign planning, with a focus on creating and executing successful marketing campaigns within the wholesale distribution industry.
