Description Reputable fast-food chain in Irvine, CA, seeking a legal assistant/paralegal for a 2-3 month coverage. This candidate will work 2 days on-site and 3 days remote for about 30-hours per week. Responsibilities: Administering legal support tasks and coordinating various litigation activities Handling calendar management duties efficiently Responding to and propounding discovery inquiries Drafting, prooing, formatting, and finalizing letters and documents Reviewing subpoenas and understanding litigation contextsRequirements Solid knowledge of litigation. Major plus if in employment law! Strong skills in Calendar Management Well-versed in proofing and formatting legal documents.
