Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for the role of a Front Desk Coordinator in Irvine, California. The primary function of the job is to provide top-notch customer service and administrative support. This role involves various responsibilities including managing customer interactions, handling mail, and maintaining office inventory.Responsibilities Ensure that all visitors, clients, and employees are greeted and assisted promptly upon their arrival Be accountable for the management of parking validation Oversee the sorting, stamping, and distribution of all incoming mail and ensure that outgoing mail is prepared for pickup Manage outgoing UPS shipments and oversee the distribution of incoming ones Oversee the cleanliness and stocking of kitchen areas, which includes managing coffee stations, trash/recycling, dishes, and beverage refills Organize and order catering for various meetings and events within the office Be responsible for ordering and maintaining office supply inventory Perform other administrative tasks as directed Exhibit strong skills in Administrative Assistance, Answering Multi-Line Phone System, Concierge Services, Customer Service, Data Entry, Interpersonal Skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Organizing Files, Forensic Accounting, Tax Season, and Back Office Support.Requirements Must possess strong Administrative Assistance skills Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System required Proficiency in Concierge Services is desired Excellent Customer Service skills are essential Must have experience in Data Entry Strong Interpersonal Skills are a must Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Experience with Microsoft Outlook is necessary Must be adept in using Microsoft Word Must have experience in Organizing Files Knowledge of Forensic Accounting is an added advantage Experience in handling Tax Season preferred Must have experience in Back Office Support TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
