Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Irvine, California. As a Customer Service Representative in the IT Software industry, you would be responsible for handling customer complaints and inquiries, processing their applications, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from customers, providing them with information and resolving their issues. Accurately process customer applications. Maintain precise records of all customer interactions. Conduct data entry tasks related to customer accounts. Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and track customer information. Manage email correspondence with customers professionally. Schedule appointments as necessary. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions. Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively. Ensure all orders are entered into the system accurately. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT Software industry Proven ability in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently Strong experience in a call center customer service environment Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints Proficiency in data entry and order entry tasks Excellent email correspondence skills, including the ability to respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally Experience in scheduling appointments, preferably in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to use these tools to track customer interactions and generate reports Ability to work in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
