If you are highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to discuss this opportunity with you!If you are highly organized, proactive, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to discuss this opportunity with you!Essential Functions:Master the Care Partners At Home brand, services, and operational workflows.Provide outstanding administrative support by assisting with payroll, ensuring compliance with contracts, and coordinating schedules for Personal Care Attendants and Caregivers.Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing client and caregiver needs promptly and professionally.Ensure seamless care coordination, from onboarding clients to scheduling services.Maintain accurate and confidential records for payroll, scheduling, and client interactions.Contribute to operational success by tracking key performance metrics such as call volume and scheduling efficiency.Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and enhance the overall client and caregiver experience.Handle additional tasks as assigned, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
