A well-known fitness and nutrition company headquartered outside of San Diego, Caifornia is growing their data intelligence and engineering team. This company creates a social platform and program for individuals to reach their health goals through proven methods of exercise and food consumption. Their business intelligence team is responsible for creating efficient systems that supply the data science and data engineering teams with the correct information. The team needs 2 more mid to senior level hands on business intelligence/data developers who specifically have worked with migrating a SQL database to snowflake. You will be working heavily within tableau for data visualization and must have strong data modeling experience. They run on AWS so exposure and professional experience in AWS is needed. You will have the opportunity to do architecture but this is a heavy coding and scripting role. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Migration of SQL to snowflake
- Data modeling
- Tableau
- Looker
- Creating reports and dashboards
- AWS Experience (lambdas, Glue, EC2, S3, Redshift, Glue)
- Client interaction experience: strong communication with non technical stakeholders
