We are looking for dependable individuals or teams preferred who are genuinely caring people that are looking to assist grieving families and others in their time of need. The job involves picking up deceased persons from their location of passing (residence, boarding care facility, hospital, and other facilities) and transporting them to local funeral homes. No experience required we will train.
You must have a working cell phone (able to receive calls, texts, and picture messages) and reliable transportation to get to and from the office. We are currently located in Riverside and Ontario, you must be able to arrive to the office within 30-45 minutes of receiving a call.
The position is for on-call shifts and paid per call, additional reimbursement paid out for out of the area calls. We currently operate two shifts a day: (7a.m. - 7pm and 7pm - 7am). You must be available to work nights and weekends.
You must have a clean driving record and able to lift-up to 100 lbs. alone, push and slide 250+ lb., have legible printing, be able to accurately necessary paperwork, and be able to use GPS navigation.
Dress Code for the position entails a clean dress shirt, tie, dress slacks, dress socks, and polished dress shoes. You must have a clean appearance (Men must not have hair over their collar) with no visible piercings or tattoos.
Must meet the following requirements:
Must possess a current CA Driver's License.
Must not have any DUI, DWI, Wet Reckless or drug/alcohol convictions within the last 5 years.
Must not have had any Felony and/or Misdemeanor convictions involving violence, theft, drugs/alcohol, or crimes of moral
turpitude.
MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND/OR CURRENT CA DMV DRIVING RECORD AT TIME OF INTERVIEW.
