Garden Responsibilities
Responsible for daily plant maintenance in Veg Rooms: watering, fertilization, pruning, propagation
Follow and enforce company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for veg room activities, ensuring consistency and quality
Implementing cloning schedules
Manage/supervise Cultivation Technicians working in Veg/Clone/Mom rooms
Daily monitoring of plant health across all vegetative growth phases and report issues to the Director of Cultivation
Grow room environment oversight
o Increasing par levels according to life cycle
o Adjusting waterings to match vegetative growth
o Report any equipment issues
Set IPM schedule and implementation
Reporting frequent plant counts for compliant accuracy
Reporting plant health issues to the Director of Cultivation
Leading Flower room resets
Participation in weekly Operations Meetings
Follow the company’s operational, safety & security policies
Reports to Director of Cultivation
Qualifications
2-3 years experience in a licensed cultivation
A well-organized individual emphasizing the ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an orderly workflow
Proficient in cultivation techniques and environmental systems
Management experience
