We are a well-established used car dealership looking for an experienced and motivated Used Car Salesperson to join our team. Our goal is to provide quality vehicles at competitive prices while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing used vehicles based on their needs and budget.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Utilize dealership software to track inventory reconditioning progress and coordinate with a team of technicians to optimize speed and efficiency of each cars reconditioning cycle.

- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory and market trends.
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Work independently while contributing to the success of the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales(used car sales preferred).
- Technologically savvy – ability to use CRM software, inventory management tools, and online sales platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus.
