We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our dynamic team.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues for our residential and commercial clients. You will perform inspections, provide treatment solutions, and educate customers about pest prevention. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.

- Develop and implement tailored pest control plans using appropriate methods and products.

- Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively, following industry standards and regulations.

- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and maintenance practices.

- Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used.

- Maintain a clean, maintained, and organized service vehicle.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly and professionally. Early morning, late afternoon, and evening appointments may be required on occasion.

- Stay up to date with pest control techniques, products, and industry trends.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in pest control preferred.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Licensed Branch 2 Field Representative license.

- Previous experience in pest control.

- Knowledge of pest biology and control methods.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
