Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician and Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer-facing sales abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair advanced HVAC systems issues.

Conduct regular maintenance and service checks for clients.

Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat business.

Drive sales through excellent service, expert knowledge, and client engagement.

Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and strategies.

Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated with industry standards and technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service and sales.

Strong understanding of HVAC principles, systems, and diagnostics.

Proven sales track record with the ability to meet or exceed targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
