ABOUT THE JOB!
The Receiving and Inventory Control Coordinator is a crucial component of our supply chain efficiency. Enabling the smooth flow of our business operations and ensuring that our inventory is managed with diligence and foresight.
This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal management of our company's inventory levels, from the receiving of raw materials and non- perishable products to their systematic organization and availability for various departmental needs. This role involves a thorough understanding and efficient utilization of our designated inventory management tool(s), ensuring accuracy and integrity in all inventory-related activities.
Furthermore, the Receiving and Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring incoming product logs meticulously, especially for perishable goods. This includes keeping detailed records that track the receipt, handling, shelf life and location of perishable items to ensure quality, reduce waste, and comply with health and safety standards.
This position is NOT REMOTE. Candidates must be available to work ON-SITE at our designated location. Please ensure you meet this requirement before applying.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Inventory Management: Accurately track, record, and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and quality, and document discrepancies.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and reports of inventory movements and adjustments.
Stock Organization: Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and storage of products.
Audit and Accuracy: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify variances and maintain data integrity.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and fulfillment teams to streamline processes.
Problem-Solving: Address inventory issues promptly and implement solutions to maintain accuracy.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
✅ Experience: Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is preferred.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills (Excel and Word).
✅ Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key – we need someone with a sharp eye for detail.
✅ Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
✅ Reliable and Punctual: Strong work ethic and dependable attendance are a must.
✅ Adaptable: Able to handle changes and maintain organization in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $19.00- $22.00 an hour
Work Schedule: 40 hours a work week/ Mon-Fri/ Day Shift (8:30 AM- 5:00 PM)
