We are in the process of rennovating our home in La Cresta and although we are working with two companies, there are still many jobs and daily activities needed to get done. Please live close by so that you can also be available if an issue on the property occurs.
At this time, we are figuring this job to be about 20 hours per week. ($30 to $35 per hour, depending on qualifications.)
You must speak good enough English to understand our instructions. Russian is also spoken. We speak minimal Spanish.
Background checks may occur. Please no addicts. You must be able to lift bags of soil, rocks and sometimes heavy boxes.
We are seeking someone who is positive and has a sunny disposition and who is pleasant to be around.
You will be paid as an indepedent contractor.
Some of the tasks, Painting, taking our garbage (cans have to be towed down a somewhat steep hill), help with animals (chickens,cats) by helping to keep their areas clean and also making sure they have food and water (especially when we are traveling)
Help plant plants and small trees.
Repairs such as fense, lights, doors and this is depending upon your skills.
Help manage others who are servicing our property.
Pick up mail and boxes at our mail box which is a few blocks from the home.
Help organize the garage with racks so all items can be stored by department.
Look over our security systems when possible.

Some of you may appreciate having steady work that you can count on rather counting on always getting new jobs, new clients. With this job, you can have both. 20 hours with us a week and you can still work other jobs.
