Entry-Level Welder/Fabricator
Stone Roofing Company, a commercial/industrial roofing contractor, is seeking a motivated individual to fulfill the role of Welder/Fabricator.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform welding or fabrication tasks on trailers and other equipment as necessary
Fabricate and assemble various roofing tools/equipment
Make repairs as needed to various tools/equipment
Properly use fabrication shop hand and electrical tools. (Grinders, drills, air tools, etc.)
Mig welding skills
Maintain a clean and safe workplace
Some mechanical experience is a plus
Use of torch, and plasma cutter to make metal cuts
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Authorized to work in the United States.
Any welding certifications is a plus, but not required
Welding experience preferred
Punctual attendance.
Reliable
Entry level okay-experienced preferred
Physical demands for the job:
Carry/lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
Able to work outdoors.
