Established general contractor has an immediate opening a superintendent to manage a school building modernization project.
We are looking for a seasoned superintendent with verifiable experience in public building projects.
Job Requirements:
- Public or commercial building project experience
- Ability to read and interpret plans, manage and coordinate subcontractors, coordinate with architect & inspector, and file required job reports
- Safety training, and ability to conduct safety meetings and maintain a safe workplace.
- Must pass criminal background check
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, MS Project
- Dependable transportation
- Hi energy and willingness to be a team player
