Position: Hands-on Foreman for Tenant Improvement Commercial Construction Projects - Non-union, private sector.
This role requires occasional out-of-town travel, with some projects requiring weeks away from home. Candidates must be willing to travel as needed.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of construction experience
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and Social Security card
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong supervisory skills to manage teams, track progress, and provide project updates
Commitment to quality control and proactive problem identification
Strict adherence to safety compliance
Drug-free workplace
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
