Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Body Shop Technician who is experienced in operating a frame machine, performing high-quality bodywork, and painting vehicles to a professional finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate frame machines to repair and restore vehicle frames to factory specifications.
- Perform bodywork repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and surface preparation.
- Prep and paint vehicles using professional-grade tools and techniques, ensuring a flawless finish.
- Inspect and assess vehicles to determine repair needs and timelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with frame machine operations, bodywork, and vehicle painting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of equipment.
- Certification in auto body repair or painting is a plus but not required.
