We are a leading technology firm specializing in enterprise system hosting. We are seeking a highly-skilled individual proficient in customer technical support and systems administration.
Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
-Exceptional customer service skills: friendly and responsive technical support
-Must have general availability during 9am - 6 PM PST
-Strong understanding of Windows Operating System
-Expertise in systems administration and server maintenance
-Proficient troubleshooting capabilities
-Experience in system upkeep: backups, anti-virus measures, etc.
-Skill in server installation, configuration, and maintenance
-Capability to adapt and learn new technologies
-Experience with Office 365
Qualifications
-Availability on nights and weekends for urgent issues
-BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
-Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers
