Sales Department
-Conducts sales out in the field via face- to- face interactions with both potential and existing customers
-Responsible for offering the best possible customer experience
-Responsible for attending scheduled home appointments
- No cold-calling, No door to door, we send you off with people who are already interested in generators!
- Office team does all the work for you and sends you a schedule for customers that have already been prequalified.
- Office team takes anywhere between 15-20 minutes to educate the customer and to prequalify them. The office does 80% of the work for you. You just have to show up and collect payment.
- Our system works, our customer service is in place, every sales rep has our full support.
- Our office is located in Ontario, CA and we service 100 mile radius from Ontario. We cover Orange County, LA
County, San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County.
- We get leads from Generac, advertisement, Costco, Sam's Club, Referrals etc.
Sales Requirements
- Must have a driver's license
- Must be flexible in time
- Must have transportation to all appointments
- 2-3 years of experience
- Phone that will be compatible to a RazorSync, Sales Force (Field Service Management App). An iPad will also be
provided to have access on generating quotes, financing, picture's, video's and notes.
- Excellent Time Management. Must be on time to all appointments.
- Be organized in taking pictures, video's, and daily notes, as well as following up with customers
