We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for hire. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE WORK POSITION. JOB REQUIRES YOU TO BE IN OFFICE IN ONTARIO, CA.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm

Key Roles and Responsibilities: As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Order Processing and Management:

o Prepare and process order write-ups.

o Monitor order status from inception to completion, anticipating challenges and proactively resolving issues.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

o Work closely with all departments to understand their roles and processes, facilitating seamless communication and operations.

o Act as the primary point of contact for questions from the production leads and installation leads.

Customer Interaction and Support:

o Answer inquiries from production regarding specific orders and provide timely updates to customers.

o Educate customers on our product catalog and services, ensuring comprehensive understanding.

Communication and Troubleshooting:

o Maintain daily communication regarding statuses, updates, and issues.

o Troubleshoot and resolve problematic situations such as order delays, lost shipments, and installation issues.

Flexibility and Customer Engagement:

o Be attentive to potential off-hours situations, providing necessary attention during critical projects.

o Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations and proposals.

Business Development and Support:

o Conduct research on target markets, industries, and potential customers to drive new business opportunities.

o Support in arranging and conducting informative sales meetings with prospective clients.

Leadership and Team Support:

o Provide leadership, guidance, and support to colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and contributing to team success.

Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management (Outlook, Excel).

Previous experience in sales support or administration preferred.

Willingness to travel as required.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues proactively.

Medium-level math skills, including proficiency in algebra and basic statistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Experience in construction or related industries is a plus.
