Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a door-to-door sales representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and selling our roofing services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to prospective customers
- Identify and qualify leads, and close sales
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with our team to achieve company goals
Requirements:
- No minimum experience required (training available)
- Self-driven and motivated individual
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry sales materials (up to 25 lbs)
- Comfortable with heights (roof inspections are required)
