Job Title: Customer Service/Sales Rep - Assault Rifles
Location: Rancho Cucamonga
Payrate: $20hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Sales Associate to join our Firearms Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for firearms and possess excellent communication skills to assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. This role requires a strong understanding of firearms safety, regulations, and laws, as well as specific expertise in assault rifles. All and all, MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE WITH ASSAULT RIFLES.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in selecting firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various firearms, including assault rifles, and their features, functionalities, and applications.
3. Educate customers on firearm safety practices, proper handling, and storage procedures.
4. Stay informed about current firearms regulations, laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
5. Process firearm transactions accurately and efficiently, including completing background checks and necessary paperwork in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
6. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor and in storage areas.
7. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a firearms or sporting goods environment.
- Strong understanding of firearms safety principles and regulations, including knowledge of assault rifles and their specifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and assist customers.
