Call Center Specialist

· $18/hr on temp basis (not eligible for commissions during this period)

· Upon converting, the pay structure will be modified to include commission eligibility and base will drop to $16/hr

· Commission Structure upon being converted:

$100 per sale

$750 for top 10%

$1,000, $500, $250 for 1st 2nd 3rd installation

$175 for top 20%

Weekly raffles- gift cards

· Average Target Earnings: $65k, our top performer in our Temecula Call Center makes $100k

· Entry Level position, tons of room for growth

· Schedule:

Mon- Sat (5 days within this timeframe)

Call Center operates 6am-7pm (8 hours within this timeframe)

Position Summary:

-Call Center Representatives will use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, qualifications, and appointment setting.

-This role is to speak with customers and listen to them to gain a better understanding of their energy needs to get them set for an appointment with a Solar Sales Professional.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities

-Appointment setting and confirmations

-Updating and altering CRM files and profiles

-Follow communication “scripts” when speaking with customers

-Keep records of all conversations in call center database

-Cold and warm calling to potential clients

-Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information

-Discussing and qualifying homeowners based on their energy needs

-Gather utility usage information from homeowners

-Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center goals

-Scrub through generated leads for potential appointments/clients

Qualification Requirements

-High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time

-Hands on experience with MS Office and Google Docs

-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

-A team player with a high level of dedication

-Ability to prioritize your own workload

-Strong communication skills

-Must be detail oriented

-Solar experience is a plus, preferred but not required

-Call center experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour
