About Us:
EXP Fulfillment is rapidly growing and seeking a strategic, experienced Business Development & Sales professional to drive new customer acquisition. This role requires immediate contribution with no training.
Role Overview:
Start part-time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (20–25 hrs/week)
Possible transition to full-time after 3 months (or sooner with proven results): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Develop and implement sales and growth strategies
Build and manage a sales pipeline, outreach, and proposals
Identify market opportunities and convert prospects into customers
Collaborate with operations for smooth customer onboarding
Track performance and report results to leadership
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years sales/business development experience, preferably in 3PL, logistics, or related fields
Deep knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation, and closing
Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
Compensation:
$35–$50/hour DOE during part-time trial
Increase in hours and pay possible based on performance
