This is a full-time position. You need to be available to work THURSDAY-TUESDAY 9:00 am-5:45 pm. There will be a minimum of 40 hours of work per week.

Work Schedule:

Friday- Tuesday 9:00 am- 5:45 pm

Available shifts: 8-hour

Work is required on weekends and holidays.

Overtime opportunities as needed.

Job Overview:

Pull-N-Save is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Entry/Cashier Associate to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their search for vehicle parts, providing entry services, and managing check-out transactions. You will also ensure that customers adhere to site policies regarding prohibited tools and parts, while maintaining an excellent standard of customer service. This position requires a sound knowledge of auto and truck parts, strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively navigate our yard management system.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Greet customers upon entry, inquire about the parts they are seeking, and provide a list of available vehicles on the lot.

Entry Fee & Bag Checks: Collect the required entry fee and conduct bag inspections to ensure compliance with site regulations (e.g., prohibited tools and parts).

Yard Navigation: Provide customers with yard maps and direct them to the vehicles they are looking for based on their requested parts.

Check-Out Support: Assist customers with the check-out process, marking warranty parts appropriately and offering additional warranty options.

Transaction Management: Use the yard management system to complete daily transactions, open and close registers, and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.

Customer Relations: Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor when assisting customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Workplace Organization: Ensure a clean and organized workspace, including daily office cleaning and maintaining proper documentation.

Requirements:

Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn and operate the company’s computer system for opening, processing, and closing transactions.

Knowledge of Auto Parts: Basic Familiarity with auto and truck parts is essential to assist customers effectively.

Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish (both spoken and written)

Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, with the potential for overtime when needed.

Organizational Skills: Must be organized, reliable, and detail oriented.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and assist other staff members as necessary.

Compliance: Must adhere to all Pull-N-Save rules, regulations, and safety procedures.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage: $18.00 per hour (based on experience), plus commissions on vehicle sales, warranty sales, and bonuses for vehicle purchases

Professional appearance, friendly smile, and customer-orientated attitude

Must be dependable with an excellent attendance history
