Job Description:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Authorized AT&T Retail Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling AT&T products and services in our retail store.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
Promote and sell AT&T products and services, including mobile phones, accessories, and plans
Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their needs
Educate customers about AT&T's offerings and promotions
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics
Knowledge of AT&T products and services is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
