As we approach the release of a new application for our clients, we are poised to redefine our industry.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Asset Manager / Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and overseeing the marketing, valuation, and disposal of surplus tangible assets, ensuring optimal returns for our clients. This position offers an hourly rate of $20 plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for the effective marketing and sale of surplus assets.

Conduct comprehensive valuation / research of a wide range of tangible assets in the construction and industrial sectors.

Develop and Manage client relationships by providing expert advice on asset disposition.

Oversee the entire asset disposal process, from initial assessment to final sale.

Collaborate in the rollout and utilization of our new client application.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets and improve processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related experience.

Proven experience in Sales, particularly in construction and industrial sectors.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and valuation techniques.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, lead generating, internet research and related, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual abilities (not mandatory but advantageous).

- Experience selling construction equipment and/or related industrial products.
