We are conducting our "Job Fair" at our Rancho Mirage Branch located at 69730 Highway 111 Ste. 118 on Friday March 8th at 11AM & 2PM and Saturday, March 9th at 10AM & 1PM. C.I. Security Services (CISS) is expanding, and we are looking to hire reliable and hard-working individuals for all our upcoming Events, Shows, Concerts, Conventions, Music Festivals, and many more of the BIGGEST events in Southern California.
We are excited to announce that for the next few weeks will be hosting multiple hiring fairs in search of qualified security guards, event staff, administrative support, drivers, and logistic support for the upcoming events. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are responsible, driven, and enthusiastic to join our team. We will be hiring on the spot for this exciting role! (If all requirements are met.)
Pre-requisites:
⦁ Must have or be eligible to an active CA Guard Card
⦁ Must be flexible and possess the ability to function under pressure.
⦁ Knowledgeable and proficient in general security industry standards and methods.
⦁ The ability to consistently report for work at event location on time. Reliable as needed.
⦁ The ability to communicate effectively with all guests and attendees while maintaining excellent hospitality and interpersonal skills.
⦁ A professional appearance and demeanor. Neat and well groomed.
⦁ Crowd management experience is a plus.
⦁ Must be 18 years of age
Full-time and Part-time guards needed immediately to fill all positions.
All shifts available.

Salary: $18.00 per hour
Ability to commute/travel to event location
Event/work location will be in Southern California.
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Security or similar field of work: 1 year (Preferred)
