Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Realtors. As a Realtor at RE/MAX Platinum Realty, you will have the opportunity to leverage our extensive network and resources to excel in the real estate industry. You will work closely with buyers and sellers, guiding them through the entire process of buying or selling a property.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and cultivate leads to build a strong client base.
Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends.
Assist clients in pricing their properties competitively for sale.
Guide buyers through the process of finding and purchasing their dream homes.
Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
Valid real estate license in California.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate software and tools.
